Job Description

  • Preferable candidate from recruitment consulting back ground / understands recruitment business
  • Generating leads/clients through calls, emails, internal database, networking resources e.g. using different search engines
  • Making Presentations, quotations for clients
  • Responsible for targeting new companies for providing our recruitment services
  • Fixing the appointment and giving complete description to the client directly by fixing personal meetings
  • Presenting and clarifying commercial documents to the customers
  • Negotiating and contract signing
  • Meeting the Quarterly sales targets
  • Managed Client satisfaction and retention through regular meetings with Key accounts and Senior Management
  • All MIS in terms of daily, weekly and monthly business development, revenue and income generation tracking
  • Effective relations with operations to ensure smooth transition while deployments

Skills Required

  • Must be keen on pursuing a career in the fast growing recruiting industry, must have good verbal/written communication skills
  • Must have high Computer / internet literacy, have eye for detail, must be a hard worker
  • Knowledge of IT / Telecom / ITES & Non IT industry with recruitments background
  • Should have worked on IT / Telecom / ITES & Non IT positions from Mid to Top level
  • Energetic and go getter
