Experience – 5 Year +
Education Qualifications – BE / B.Tech./MCA / MBA / GNIIT / Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education)

Job Description

  • Should be an excellent head hunter
  • Doing niche-skill and specific resource-search through "Headhunting" & "Mapping" Techniques
  • Willingness to learn and shoulder additional responsibility (BD, Client servicing)
  • Client Engagement and new business Development.(Across Pan India Basis)
  • Will be responsible to drive IT / Non IT recruitment across Pan India Basis
  • Will be responsible for Team target ( If handling a team)& individual target.
  • Follow through the entire cycle - keeping track of the interview, their outcome, selection, date of joining, billing, collection, etc.
  • To generate revenue through servicing the clients effectively thereby contributing to the growth of all IT & Non IT Vertical
  • Need to ensure Accounts Receivables Collected within stipulated timelines

Skills Required

  • Must be keen on pursuing a career in the fast growing recruiting industry, must have good verbal/written communication skills
  • Must have high Computer / internet literacy, have eye for detail, must be a hard worker
  • Knowledge of IT / Telecom / ITES & Non IT industry with recruitments background
  • Should have worked on IT / Telecom / ITES & Non IT positions from Mid to Top level
  • Energetic and go getter
  • Good communication skill
  • Should have good inter personal skills
  • Self motivated, Ambitious , Confident & Aggressive
  • Multi Tasking capability
  • Interviewing and Evaluating Skills
